Designed for life partners facing retirement and the empty nest, this two-day retreat addresses the physical and emotional challenges of aging. Personal and financial planning are included in tailored programs that couples can embark on together.
 
Led by one or two of the "fab four," this one- to two-hour presentation focuses on the biochemistry of the stress response and practical tools for controlling it.
 
Two or three band members lead this four- to eight-hour event, which covers the physical, emotional and cognitive aspects of the stress response. Participants practice general prescriptions for getting more exercise, eating more consciously, sleeping better and incorporating relaxation into their already overloaded lives.
